Personal Characteristics

She has a solid track record of work experience and results in the intersection of medtech technology innovation and commercialisation – with a special interest in marketing, Go2Market planning and new product launch.

These competences include cross-functional collaborations with Research & Development/engineers, Clinical development & trials, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Operation & Supply Chain, subsidiaries and suppliers
– and a solid understanding of processes, roles and responsibilities.

Experiences are supported by a strong strategic and analytical mind set and combined with a pragmatic operational and hands-on approach.

She is driven by curiosity and by identifying new applications, new customer target groups and new business opportunities. These opportunities are verified and followed up by solid and realistic business plans and cases, budgets, forecasts and planning.

She is motivated by complexity, challenges and by gaining new insights which is ideal to both Ad Hoc project participation as well as long term operational engagement where she provides energy and goal orientation to any team.
