Medicologic is a leading Danish medtech consultancy and engineering company. You will be based at our headquarters in Ørestaden, Copenhagen where you will become responsible for driving our sales efforts.
As part of this, you establish, develop and manage our sales organisation in accordance with the company strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, as we want to invest in your career and build on your potential.
Realize our sales potential
You will spend most of your time away from the office, meeting with potential customers, negotiating and closing sales agreements. This is a hands-on sales position where you apply your drive, commitment and passion to launch and develop an international sales organisation. Therefore, you will be responsible for the sales budget and join the management team.
Grow in this position
We have divided your mission into 2 phases. During phase 1 (2016-2017), you develop our sales efforts in Denmark/Scandinavia and further establish our position as a leading player within the medico industry.
In phase 2 (2018-2020), you help build our sales organisation, focusing on the individual international market setups. This also entails recommending and initiating new marketing and branding initiatives as well as emphasizing customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you have:
• Experience with project sales – preferably within Life Science or a related field
• Technical understanding combined with strong sales management skills
• Documented experience working with contracts and cooperation agreements
• Good English skills both written and spoken
As a person, you have excellent communication and networking skills since a large part of your job will be interacting and negotiating with customers. Another quality is your ability to work on your own, driving our development as you secure more customers. In this position, you will become a key player in our success as you deliver results and help ensuring that our vision is achieved.
