Key results
- OCM Lead for AstraZeneca’s Veeva Vault Safety implementation supporting the COVID-19 vaccine — a programme nominated internally as “NNIT Client Engagement of the Year 2020” due to its strategic impact and delivery excellence.
- Led organisational change for major Life Sciences transformations including RIM (Ennov) at Boehringer Ingelheim, Veeva Vault Clinical at Novartis, Master Data Harmonisation at Merck & Co., and IDMP programmes at Ipsen and Lundbeck.
- Delivered high-impact OCM advisory and execution for LEO Pharma, including GDPR readiness and IT inspection readiness, producing SOPs and work instructions issued in the company’s Quality Management System.
- Established and operationalised Change Management Offices and frameworks in global R&D environments (Novo Nordisk, NNIT), embedding Prosci/ADKAR, agile delivery integration, ambassador networks and scalable OCM methodologies.
